Privacy policy.
One form, one purpose. Here's what we ask for, why we ask, and what this website doesn't do.
The quote form is the only thing here that collects your details.
Nothing else on this site asks you for anything. There's no account to make, no newsletter, no chat widget and no consent banner trading permissions for entry. Skip the form and we never receive a thing.
| What we ask for | Why |
|---|---|
| First and last name | So we know who we're writing back to. |
| Email address | Our usual way of replying and sending a written quote. |
| Phone number | Optional. Some questions settle faster in a two minute call. |
| Address, city, state and zip | To place the site, work out whether it sits inside the area we cover, and read the drive and the access. |
| Your message | The size of the area, how you use it, and whatever else you tell us about the job. |
One hidden field on the form stays empty by design, catching the automated spam submissions that would otherwise fill our inbox with nonsense. It collects nothing about you.
We use what you send to answer you.
Your enquiry comes to us so we can reply to it. We might ask a follow-up question, arrange a site visit, price the work, or tell you straight that what you're describing isn't something we should be doing at all. That's the whole purpose.
We don't sell your details, we don't rent or trade them, and we don't pass them to a marketing company because you asked what a garage floor costs. You won't land on a mailing list. If we ever want to send you something other than a reply, we'll ask you first.
Most of what people worry about isn't happening here.
As this policy stands today:
- This site sets no advertising cookies
- No third-party analytics package runs on it: no page-view tracking, no session recording, no heat maps
- No advertising pixel or remarketing tag is installed
- We host the fonts ourselves, so loading a page sends no request to an outside font service
- Pages travel over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted between your browser and the server
Our web host keeps standard server logs, the way nearly every host does. They exist for security and troubleshooting. We don't build a profile of anybody out of them.
We keep an enquiry for a set period, then delete it.
Quote requests stay on file for retention period. Concrete work has a long tail: somebody asks about a patio in April and books it the following spring, and a floor we coated can raise a question years after the trailer left. Holding the original enquiry is how we stay useful in that situation.
Who else sees your information.
Nobody, in the ordinary case.
Two exceptions exist and both are narrow. If part of your project calls for a subcontractor, an excavator, a plumber, a landscaper, we'll name that firm to you and pass on only what they need to quote or carry out their part of the work. And if the law demands information from us, we comply with it. Nothing else leaves this office.
Our email and hosting providers hold the message while they deliver and store it, the way a postal service handles a letter. They can't use it for their own ends.
Ask to see what we hold, or ask us to delete it.
Write and ask. We'll tell you what sits on file from your enquiry, correct anything wrong in it, or delete the record. Deletion usually takes a few working days.

Where a project is already running, some records have to stay with the job file, and we'll tell you plainly which ones and why.
This site isn't aimed at children.
We sell concrete work to property owners and businesses. The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us details through the quote form, contact us and we'll delete the record.
If this site ever starts tracking, this page changes first.
Adding analytics, an advertising pixel, a booking tool or an embedded chat window would change what this site does with your data. Any of those means we rewrite this policy before the tool goes live, not after.
This policy describes how the website behaves. No qualified privacy or legal professional has reviewed it yet, and it needs that review before the site goes live. It also needs revisiting the moment analytics, advertising or any third-party tool arrives.
